1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Androbil mobile application and related web services ("the Service"), provided by Andromeda Engineering AB ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. No Tax or Legal Advice
Androbil is a tool for data collection and organization. We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. The Service is designed to assist in maintaining a mileage log, but you are solely responsible for ensuring that your logs and reports comply with the specific requirements of your local tax authority (e.g., Skatteverket, HMRC, IRS, etc.). Always verify generated reports against your vehicle's odometer before submission.
3. OBD2 and Vehicle Safety
The use of Bluetooth OBD2 adapters is at your own risk. While Androbil uses standard protocols, Andromeda Engineering AB is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle's electrical system or mechanical components.
SAFETY WARNING: Do not interact with the application or adjust OBD2 hardware while the vehicle is in motion. Safe operation of the vehicle is your primary responsibility.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE 100% ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andromeda Engineering AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months prior to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
7. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
